Ok, so we want to be using the iPad as a creative device. Students are making music, videos, photos, presentations, and all sorts of media projects to show what they know. But eventually you will get frustrated with the sound quality when you have a room full of kids trying to record, and every ipad in the room picking up every kid. Or maybe some students are playing with garageband, and you want to plug in some microphones to increase the quality.
In comes the iPad Headset Microphone Adapter. It will allow you to record using your external microphone directly into garageband, imovie, or any other app with a microphone recorder built in.
I think I’ll place a dozen of these on order. Maybe they’ll give me a deal?

Thank you for finding this. Do you know if it is compatible with an iPod 4G? I have a lappel microphone that I want to use to record on my iPod 4G.
Thanks.
I believe it will work, but I haven’t tried with the iPod. If the iPod uses apple headphones with the built in mic it should work.
Do you need both for it to work, or will just one work. for example, could i use only the mic part for a vid on my ipod?
Conbil: Yes, it will work with just the microphone input.
Volume pricing starts at 10+ units and will automatically be discounted on website purchases.
